IAME X30 Friction Hub. If changing this hub, both the Caged roller bearing on drum #B-55598 and o-ring, #A-60565 should be replaced or they WILL fail. Additionally, a complete inspection of all parts should be done, paying particular attention that the drum is not warped. Blue loctite is HIGHLY recommended when putting starter nut back on.
